Ashley was so helpful.  We were in an emergency situation,  We had to find care for my Uncle in a matter of days.  Ashley not only knew who had openings, more importantly she knew who would provide the best care.  It is easy to find an open bed.  Finding people that care takes time that we did not have. I cannot recommend Ashly highly enough. I first met Ashly several years ago when my mom moved from San Diego to the Prescott/Dewey area. At the time, we thought assisted living in AZ would eventually be the right next step, so we connected early. What I didn’t realize then was just how invaluable Ashly would become over the years. When my mom needed knee replacement surgery, Ashly introduced me to the concept of respite care and helped us find an outstanding facility where my mom could recover safely. Since I wasn’t local, Ashly toured the community on our behalf and FaceTimed so we could see it, answered countless questions, and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. After surgery, my mom required skilled nursing care. Ashly was instrumental in helping us navigate the options, recommending the facilities with strong reputations and, just as importantly, steering us away from others that weren’t the right fit. What impressed me most was that Ashly didn’t disappear after recovery. She and her team continued checking in over the years, genuinely caring about my mom’s well-being and always making themselves available whenever we needed guidance. More recently, after my mom was involved in a car accident followed by a traumatic TIA, we had to make the difficult (and sudden) decision to move her back to San Diego into assisted living. Even though the move was outside her service area, Ashly immediately connected us with Susan, her counterpart in San Diego. The two of them worked seamlessly together to ensure a smooth transition and gave our family tremendous peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. Ashly is knowledgeable, compassionate, incredibly well connected throughout the Prescott area, and someone who truly puts families first. She is a trusted advocate, a pillar in her community, and one of those rare professionals who genuinely cares about the people she serves. When my mother recently needed to move to assisted living our PCP and several others recommended Ashly. We were not disappointed. Ashly has an excellent knowledge of the various care facility options in the Prescott, Prescott Valley areas. During our introduction call, Ashly was very pleasant and engaging. She asked questions to understand my mother’s needs and my expectations. We discussed care options, locations, typical facility services, high level costs and availability. She also shared her personal perspective providing pros and cons for the various levels of care.  After our call, she quickly scheduled tours of six locations based upon our discussion. One of which we selected for my mother’s care. After moving my mother into the facility, Ashly continued to follow up to see if I had any questions, concerns and to ensure we were happy with the facility. Throughout, Ashly was very responsive to email and text messages. She quickly returned calls, frequently by the end of the day.
